Ideal Candidate Profile:-

Must have experience in Packaging Artwork.

Our Client seeks to appoint a qualified individual to develop standardised processes for group artwork management.

This role involves full management of a busy artwork department, including budget, headcount and operational responsibility.

Artworks Management:-

Manage and oversee the flow of artwork coordination between multiple sources

Management and monitoring the progress of change controls processed within the department.

Project managing all stakeholders in relation to critical paths and ensuring timely delivery of artworks projects.

Understanding the current workflow and driving a positive change to establish new ways of working

Excellent organisational skills and ability to support multiple projects

Coordination of artworks changes/new launches back into the supply chain.

Ensure timely implementation of new artworks is managed appropriately.

Ensure all activities are within the framework of the Quality system, including the setting and achievement of relevant KPIs.

Responsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goals Department Management.

Overall management of a team of experienced Artwork Coordinators & Graphic Designers

Foster innovation - in a constructive and positive manner challenge current ways of working with a view to suggesting more effective and efficient processes.

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Financial control of department including budget development, forecasting and control

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years Artwork experience preferably with 3+ yrs Management/ Supervisory experience

Solid Working knowledge in artworks (creations, adaptations and coordination).

Solid understanding of regulatory/ quality requirements for Artwork Management

Experience of working in accordance with quality standards e.g. GMP Demonstrated strategic mind-set and strong business acumen.
