Internal Communications

To liaise with the Teamleader on briefs and tasks.
Communicate any changes / questions on brief.

Internal Systems

Fully conversant in Macintosh environment
To understand the importance of using systems and to monitor and record progress on assigned tasks.
To adhere to all internal processes in place for artworking and reprographics.

Quality Control

To comprehensively check all aspects of the artwork, including that all the elements of the brief have been completed.
Show strong eye for detail.

Additional Responsibilities

Demonstrate an understanding of the client and work that the client produces.
Able to understand and manage complexity both from a technical and a
people / cultural perspective.
Able to work under demanding time pressures and constraints, and maintain an excellent standard of work.

Education and experience

Technically trained and/or qualified in production artwork creation tools and techniques
At least one year experience of production artwork / graphic artwork creation
Understands the requirements for good customer service and communications
Understanding printed component production processes.


Fully conversant in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Acrobat
Keen eye for detail
Knowledge of packaging technology and materials
Proven experience in packaging artwork
Understands the quality compliance aspects of artwork creation


Team player
Self motivated
Proactive thinker and problem solver
Ability to adapt in fast changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of communication

Applicants must work for a repro company that specialises in packaging or the pre-press department of a packaging company or agency that specialises in packaging.
