Our client has an immediate vacancy for a Technical Pressroom Manager. The person we seek will be passionate in the pursuit of excellence, nurturing and releasing talent in employees combined with an in depth technical knowledge in print.
We are looking for a natural leader who will take overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the department. The person will people oriented, and will apply a very hands on approach, results driven, and be a highly motivated individual.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills gained in management capacity, working within a time sensitive environment. We are looking for someone who has an Impressive record of establishing new control systems (design, implementation and development), meeting company standards and objectives within set budgets, health and safety regulations and quality standards.
