A new opportunity has arisen at this exciting company based in the Greater London area who are looking for a sales manager.
You will report to the sales director and be responsible for the day to day running of the sales department looking after 2 sales execs and 2 telesales people. Your responsibility will be to increase and develop the sales through new and existing clients. Acting as the external face of the business you will be expected to meet clients, present to them and bring them on board.
We are ideally looking for someone with Commercial Print experience but if not then from a print related background. You must be a strong communicator with proven negotiating skills, show a degree of lateral thinking and a motivator. You must lead the team and set the example at all times. The company is young and vibrant and we require someone who can fit into this culture, it is all about having a positive outlook and showing this to both your customers and team.
Note - the reference to young is the company and not individuals employed at the company. I want to make sure I don't have the pc mob upset in any way with the mention of the word young!!!
