Privately owned, long established, medium sized packaging manufacturing & distribution company based in the Midlands seeks an experienced sales or account management professional to manage existing business (£3-4m) and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the Retail Online or E-commerce sector. The role with involve the following:
• To take full responsibility and accountability of day to day management of the Sales area and build relationships at all levels within the customers
• To have a full understanding of the customers and contract agreements and ensure delivery against the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• To help develop the profitability of the area through new business opportunities, re-engineering, new product development and process efficiencies
