Predominately office based role providing full sales support.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
First point of contact for calls, emails and website enquiries taking responsibility for responding to and managing escalation of enquiry.
Taking ownership for managing projects from receipt of Purchase Order to successful delivery.
Providing full sales support to Sales Director.
Liaison with customers and colleagues on a daily basis via email, telephone and face to face to assist with the sales and production process.
Be proactive and confident in dealing with often time sensitive issues.
Provide office based support to any field based staff.
Ensure sample library is kept up to date at all times including logging and photographing all samples received.
Assist with organisation of all trade fairs and exhibitions.
Provide exceptional customer service, via all methods of communication.
Use established IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems (Pipedrive).
Liaise with lead generation provider to ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner.
Manage specific existing accounts and be responsible for achieving their sales targets in line with the divisions Sales Strategy.
Where appropriate, add value to the selling process through product development and creative input.
