Our client provides a wide range of high quality print solutions to an impressive client base. They are currently seeking for a pro-active manager to drive the sales team to meet all targets and KPIs.
We are looking for someone who possesses determination, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored by all members of the team.
This key role will have operational responsibilities as well as strategic support. The selected candidate will play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and will provide vision and direction. This will require you to demonstrate a thorough understanding of client’s business needs and marketing objectives. Target management, appraisals and KPIs will be a key responsibility, as well as delivering regular performance reports.
