Our client, an award winning print & Packaging company, is seeking a dynamic and highly driven individual to manage it’s a small client services team.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Motivating and encouraging team members to meet production deadlines
• Answering any questions raised by the team
• Overseeing compliance of set guidelines
• Communicating with the team and conducting meetings on a regular basis
• Reporting to Account Director
• Checking on individual and overall workloads
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in account management within the print or packaging sectors, although we may consider other applications from our sector should your Account Management skills be sufficiently high, well demonstrated and transferrable. The individual must be proactive, with excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks. We are looking for someone with strong communication and delegation skills.
