A printing firm which continuously invests in new technology, machinery and exceptional people to ensure the quality and range of its services are second to none, is looking for an energetic and motivated customer service professional who takes a methodical and problem-solving approach to all tasks in hand.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Customer account management
• Completing customer quotes
• Following up customer quotes and tracking conversion rates
• Regular customer contact via the telephone and email encouraging customers to place orders and supply artwork in a timely fashion
• Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets
• Track record in delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and at times work to tight deadlines
• Confident making decisions
• Ability to communicate to clients, colleagues and senior management team
• High level of attention to detail
Ideally, but not essential, the ideal candidate will have experience estimating printed work from Litho, Digital to Large Format. Experience scheduling jobs through production, and sourcing raw materials for larger jobs would also be highly advantageous.
