We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for a company which utilises a vast array of state of the art technology to provide all-encompassing printing solutions, from design and print through to stock management and distribution.
This industry leader has invested in high end digital printing technology, allowing them to revolutionise their printing services and deliver the highest quality of printing to its customers. They are looking for a hands-on professional to commit to a continuous improvement service, and oversee all operational activity. Essentially, the chosen individual will be the MDs right hand man.
The successful candidate will have substantial and successful experience in managing people and processes to high quality standards in time constrained activities whilst also reducing costs a hands-on approach to delivery of objectives demonstrable success in creating and implementing change programmes with positive impacts on customer service, quality and cost.
