A long established commercial printers in the greater Bristol area with an enviable reputation is seeking an Account Manager passionate about providing the highest quality customer service.
This role requires a candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills, an analytical mind and a wealth of knowledge of the printing industry, to act as the first point of contact for an allocated client base, handling any relevant issues and queries. As a representative for our client, you must have a professional mannerism and be a confidently effective communicator, to help build long-term beneficial relationships. To develop and maintain these relationships, candidates must also be organised and proactive in preparing and leading monthly client review meetings. Ensuring SLAs are delivered is also key.
In any account manager role, it is important to keep your internal team updated as well as your client, so you will be expected to attend daily production meetings as well as monthly reviews with the account management team to evaluate activity from the past month and plan the forthcoming.
