A high-quality printer which offers an unsurpassed level of expertise to a range of customers is seeking a proactive individual to run the production at their site in London.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with B1 litho experience, however this is not essential – all candidates with proven success managing production processes within a printing company will be considered. Knowledge of Tharstern MIS will also give candidates a competitive edge in the application process.
As Production Manager, you will control, organise, and monitor the flow of printed materials. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and task-orientated, happy to work alone as well as delegating others. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with a vast knowledge of the industry, confident in running all the production activities through the business as well as subcontracts and paper buying.
Your keen eye to detail will allow you to successful manage quality control procedures. Scheduling of all work through the factory to meet customer expectations, monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed will be exemplified through your strong organisation skills. Outstanding communication skills will also be required when liaising with the teams in different departments, and the general management and motivation of the team.
