A leading print management company which surpasses all of its competitors on the level of customer service it provides, is seeking an Account Executive to work on a highly-esteemed blue-chip account.
The candidate chosen for this role will become an integral and pro-active member of the account management department, providing top of the range administration support and back-up for the designated account team. We are looking for someone who is highly customer-orientated, ensuring the client consistently receives first class customer service.
This role would suit a professional individual, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to represent our client at a high level. I t is important to show the capability of creating immediate empathy with contacts, to maintain long lasting relationships. Negotiation and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the capability of meeting set deadlines. Working closely with the account management team means the chosen individual must be able to work well in a team.

Candidates must have Direct Mail knowledge, and previous experience in an account handling role.
