Operating in a variety of sectors within the printing industry, our client stands out from the crowd in terms of infrastructure and innovation. Following recent expansion, they have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join this ever-expanding printing institution.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn new skills. You must be confidently capable of working unsupervised, able think on your own feet and prioritise tasks to avoid down time.

As Pre-Press Operator, your responsibilities will include the following:

• To carry out digital file checking, preparation, imposition and output to various proofing, printing and setting devices.
• Comprehension and following of instructions from a spec sheet or job docket, to produce results to the high standards required.
• Artwork and file alteration when necessary.
• Understanding of production workflows and following their procedures.
• Responsibility of data entry on the MIS system.

It is important the applicants have a wealth of knowledge within the printing industry to bring to the table.
