As Account Manager, you must have a sound track record of delivering results within a client-facing environment, understanding the requirement to provide first-class service whilst managing all elements of client interaction. This is very much a hands-on role and you must be familiar with all aspects of print, procurement, managing orders, supplier management, client reporting and maintaining quality standards.
It would be beneficial if candidates have estimating experience, as you will be expected to take briefs from internal sales as well as customers, offer solutions or alternative cost-effective ideas and produce accurate estimates to tight deadlines.
